WCAA’s next scheduled meeting will be a fair housing class on October 28th, 2026.   This will be a 3 hour class that goes over fair housing laws and topics such as discrimination, income inquiries, disability accommodations and more. We will have coffee and light breakfast items available. Anyone with a real estate license will be eligible to earn 3 CE credits for the completion of the course.

Cost is $30 for members and $50 for non-members. Payment will be made at the beginning of class and cash, check, or credit/debit card payments will be accepted.
